COVID-19 February 2021 Update: Economic headwinds continue to affect our clients worldwide due to the persistent spread of COVID-19. Vaccines are expected to bring a breakthrough in the next few months. However, our dedicated teams at York Controls have been fortunate to be able to serve at near full capacity to meet our clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer A10G-NOC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of February 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B2901094202A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A201K4CW manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS9003821 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for February 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A16B22020853 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as A1SH42 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AD2081RS232 made by American-Dynamics-Ad2081-Series-Rs-232-Port-Expander as well as the popular ATD150AA100 original spares produced by Sanrex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACS60100304000B1200801 by Abb and A1SH42 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASM909001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
